New Team

A few of us have created a group called Alter England and have decided upon running it as a democracy where all members of the team have their say in how the team is run.

We have just set up an interim administration team where we are all answerable to everyone. We will be having annual elections as well to vote in who we want as group administrators. These elections will be held every January to ensure the fair and open way the team is run. 

We welcome anyone of any age into our group as long as they do not play for any other national team (eg. Australia, France etc)

We will be playing team matches and vote chess and have other fun things going on as well like in house tournaments and a pyramid tournament which is all unrated games just for fun.

Yes this is a great group, it equality and fairness are its greatest attributes.

Members also have the option of voting for admin, which makes it much better than the original england team.
