yea but it bad to just spam cuz it lowers speed and quaza's got a need for speed. i only use it in emergencies

I use Dragon Ascent Mostly cuz it only lowers Def stats, has STAB and it has 30 less power, which is still 150

my bad its actually 120, which is still pretty high
