Random moves.

Mostly, when I play chess, my device makes random moves. Or to be more specific, it press random things (I don’t mean random things in chess.com, but in the iPad it self), and if it didn’t do that, then it doesn’t make me to tap on things, for example (I am using iPad as the device to play), when I try to enter an app in my iPad, it doesn’t work. I mean this is not a problem in chess.com, but a problem in my device, so it has nothing to do with chess.com. But the problem is that, because of that my device makes big blunders, or sometimes takes from my time very much (if I wasn’t able to tap anything). Or sometimes, there is a tactic that I can do, but instead it make another move. (I can send you a video if you want). So what’s I am trying to say, I lost many points because of that, so I want at least to regain 30 points in rapid. Just in case you ask “then why you keep playing?” Well, I will stop now playing, but the reason is that sometimes this problem happens and sometimes not. So when I enter a game, I feel like the problem will not appear, but then while in the game, it appears and make me lose the match. And also if you ask “then how you were able to write this?” Well, as you know if my device keeps doing random things then it makes me type random things, but I was able to write this because as I said “Mostly” but it is. not always. Now my device doesn’t make random things so I was able to write this.
