Ok so my computer has like 1000 ping if I'm playing a game. I need to upgrade, but I don't know what to get. Please recommend a gaming pc or gaming laptop in the comments.

I'll assume you've taken care of everything on the network end, killed everything that competes for network time. Don't forget your antivirus, those shields block everything, including your game.

Are we talking about a desktop or a laptop. Desktops are easier to upgrade, that's what most gamers do - you don't pour thousands of dollars (in your currency) into your system only to scrap it two years down the line, leave that to the smartphone business.

What do you have to work with? I'm not talking about cash, you've obviously got the money if you're dropping names like 'gaming pc'.

Yes I have taken care of everything, desktops and laptops, and I need at least 16gb ram and 200gb+ hard disk, but the thing is I need it to be under 1000 usd. (sad)

That's just 99% of the world, we're all asking for the same price. You're lucky enough to be living in such a huge country, there are so many local shops to look out for, and shipping would be cheaper that way, why not try one of those? You could always squeeze a good gaming build into just under 1000 USD by taking a Toshiba harddisk for example. Then we got more affordable fans, affordable cases, balancing the requirements between your cpu and gpu, stuff like that. Local establishments are supposed to have your back in that regard, just make sure you know what you're looking. If they have something for a good price, request to run your game on one of their products for proof.

I hear the Acer Predator Helios 300 could be at just under 1000USD depending on the country and retailer.

You could always drop your expectations to 8gb ram. There are a lot of systems in that range for the budget you have.

WSama

Last bit of advice: most games would be fully satisfied with 8gb ram, and an i3 or quad core cpu. Just adjust your resolution if you have to, only invested gamers have the luxury of running at high resolution. And adjust your fps and so on.

If you're still pinging then it's your network you need to be worried about. Try direct fiber with little interference. You could also try a gaming vpn which could address some routing issues.

Yo thanks @WSama I got wired internet now, and yeah I looked through the acer shop. Thanks again

Should I get a gaming pc or laptop? Not beyond any doubt whether you would like a desktop or a tablet for the most recent recreations? We’ve inspected the aces and cons of both platforms. A normal tower PC has been the most excellent choice for gamers, but gaming tablets have recently picked up noticeable quality. It’s not astonishing that portables are presently a genuine gaming alternative. They’re slimmer, lighter, and more capable than ever – they’ve never been so great for gaming on the go.

The best thing about gaming PCs is that you can customize them according to your demand and need. You are the CEO of your gaming setup, and only you have the right to change anything you want. The RGB lights, power, specifications. It all depends on the user and his budget. Infotainmentbeats is sharing top best gaming setups. There are many well-built gaming setups in the market that will be the right choice for beginners. But if you want to become a gaming enthusiast, you should have a look at these recommendations. I think they have the best gaming setups article.
