GL have fun, stuff has to make sense in the state that the country that you pick in 2018.
No sci-fi stuff, and an action is not full filled until I accept it and let it pass through, pick a country and once 5 or more people join, then the game starts. Economical problems are also considered. And when someone makes an action, until it is accepted or denied, nobody can make an action. If someone does for up too 3 times they will be banned from this forum for 3 days, but their country will remain the same, they can pm me if they let someone else take thier place of their country. So there are a few more rules but those will be put out as we go. GL have fun!
