Play more blitz and I guarantee you you'll find a Russian player, if you're extremely unlucky it might take 70 games tops

Hello, my name is David and I live in the United States, in the state of North Carolina. I have been playing chess for 25-years. Although, I'm no beginner I do not consider myself an expert, simply an intermediate and casual player.
One of my goals has been to play a chess game against a Russian, male or female. I don't mean to stereotype, but I've always thought of Russian players as very good and a challenge that might make me a better player win or lose.
Therefore, I offer a challenge to a Russian player. Thank you
