In the western reaches of the first continent, the Holy Imperium of Moneeri reigns supreme, all subject to their dictatorial totalitarian rule. To the east lies the United Uthani Empire, a hegemonic dystopia, where the rich are puppets and the poor are less than people, subject to the Blood Mages for sacrifice to their ill-tempered god. The last known hope for this world lies south, in the Eari Isles, the naval superpower jarred out of it's isolation by the outbreak of the Endless War, the conflict between Moneeri and Uthan. The refugees of the world gather in Freetown, thinking themselves safe. However, this fragile independence isn't secure, as both sides of the Endless War eye the Isles as a potential stepping stone for an invasion of the other.

Hi and welcome to this new professional RP based on the world I've been building for the past few years. There are a few small things I'm going to be doing differently.

• Be professional. This means full sentences and proper grammar. Maybe more than one sentence if you're feeling particularly descriptive.
• Small nitpick, but use Enters and Tabs, no text walls please. For example, I don't wanna see
  • Hello world hello people hello guyys *I do this thing doo Doo Doo* I say this stuff "blah blah blah character mumbling and inner speech" and then I *open the door*"
• Don't be tone deaf, I don't want people going on cheerfully about how they baked a cake while people are being hanged outside (unless there's a good reason).
• Have self-autonomy, I don't want to have to micromanage you using NPCs and random events.
• Keep OOC chats in the OOC. The flow and feel of a thread can be seriously hampered by constant OOC messages.

Character Creation

I'm gonna entrust you with this. Go crazy (actually maybe don't), give yourself abilities (not too powerful), build motivation, backstory, items your character has, etc. Just know that I reserve the right to deny any characters that I feel are too powerful or don't fit the lore. (like having an elf. Elves are overrated. In this house, elves are pointy eared idiots). Just make your own character sheet.

ELECTI, 11TH, 734 A.S. FALGLORIAN FRONT.

The ground is scorched and bloody, heaps of corpses strewn about, their mangled bodies staining the once green ground. The once vibrant trees are stripped out their leaves and stand as twisted reminders of what was. Murders of crows and carrion birds crowd the battlefield, gorging themselves on the fresh dead. Scavengers from both sides seek to salvage what they can from the desolate landscape, be it blood, flesh, weapons, bodies, armor, and morbid memorabilia. Ditches dug from hellfire are filled with crimson blood, bodies twisted in delirious moments of their last glory and honor. All in all, it's a pretty minor skirmish.

Far in the distance, you can see Blood Mages taking blood from the corpses. Along them are a few Enforcers and Uthani mercenaries.

*gets out of their eyesight, trying to avoid being detected*

*Perched in trees, watchin' the Uthani, Enforcers, and Blood Mages*

*seeing espio* if only i had a ranged weapon, i think to myself
