boston dynamics channel, there are a lot of robot videos
In currency trading, there are software called EA expert advisor, but people usually called them as bots/robots.. i think it is a misnomer, it is just a software, or expert advisor script/file,
For me, robot is combination of 2 things, the hardware, mechanics, physical thing, and the software, the program to direct the mechanics..
I do not agree if software like EA called as robots. Maybe i am wrong, feel free to discuss it.
What do you think?

I deal with lots of them in real life too. I love robotics engineering and software programming.
Since when have dogs been interested in robotics ! 😾……I thought they were only interested in ball’s that have been thrown for them .
And yet I’m actually in the process of making a small trebuchet to throw balls for my pug. Ironic.
And Woolly’s now in training, to be the first cat in space, with the alter-mate goal of being the first cat to land on the moon ! ……hopefully there will be a plentiful supply of moon mice 🐭

Yes, stockfish and other A.I.s it is a cheat to beat human's GM with an A.I. such as Deep Blue back then, A.I. has no emotions such as stress, sad, angry, .. all they have is logic, no need for food, no need for sleep.. cheating i guess.. A.I. has this advantages..
