Walking or running blindfolded

When i shut my eyes and try to run or walk on empty street i develop fear that i would fall on drain, i would bang on something, something will fall on me. If i cannot walk on empty street with eyes shut, it means something is missing from my chess game like i can only calculate 2 to 3 moves deep. So is walking or running blindfolded is the solution to calculation problem in chess because i have heard that playing blindfolded, in my case, walking blindfolded chess improves calculation.Because walking blindfolded develop confidence which eliminate fear which in turn translate to my chess calculations skills. Because before i calculate with fear with variation more than 3-4 move deep.

How did your blindfolded walking go?

I wouldn't say this is the safest thing to do.. although your hypothesis makes sense. I agree with that!

I only started from yesterday. Today i am feeling actually less scared. Maybe it is a mindset problem.

Thank youhappy.png. But it was only a experimental try. If it could help me not just in chess, it would be great. I think so

Next, try it while holding a pair of scissors. Continuous improvement.

Hmmm... haven't seen the OP since January. I guess he slipped confidently down a drain.

All I can say is yup that rabbit.. and I can't stop laughing. That's hilarious.

I was assuming he had a spotter to make sure he wouldn't go well... fall down a drain.
