You can join by telling me wich country in europe you want to fight with. You can attack and ally with different nations. Will you win?

Auto war is on what means country's you attack attack you back without them having to say it. This way if you are the strongest and go on a vacation the chance you'll die decreases. Otherwise for instance Vatican city will annex Italy. The same story when attacking bots (Gray area on map)
