2.) Brooklyn

4.) The Bronx
and
5.) Staten Island
Mine is Manhattan, business and cultural center of Nation. And business center of the planet.
Staten Island can be thought of as the "Tito Jackson'" of the Burroughs. And many question if it should be part of the city as all.
Staten Island is probably the least culturally
active Burrough in New York City, and is the only Burrough you cannot travel though the Subway with.
