I personally like to bake, however dislike peanuts and chocolate so I usually make vanilla-flavored things. Marzipan-related things, such as macarons or princess cake, are good but hard to bake.

Do you make French macaroons? I’ve tried it a few times and they are really challenging. I like to bake brownies.

Apple pies. I've practiced making a certain recipe for years. A couple years ago I actually made the best apple pie I've ever eaten. Most are good. That one was exceptional.

Otherwise I'm not much of a baker. A couple years ago I expanded into crisps and cobblers because they're easier than pies. I can't say I'm much good at them but I've found a couple good recipes.

I baked some sugar cookies a few days ago- they are more fluffy when you use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar.
