4 arms
Would you rather have four legs and no arms or four arms and no legs??

I think personally I would like four arms because I could swing from places like a monkey, but I also see the benefits of graciously galloping everywhere, like a horse. You wouldn't have hair or a tail like horse though, you'd be a strange no-longer-bipedal mutant and it would be hard finding trousers, meaning you'd have to wear a kilt or skirt.
I think a horse human would have more rights than a monkey human though, because people tend to distrust where they come from.
Thoughts?
