Someone that I referred to chess.com bought a membership and I was given a gold membership. How can i tell when it expires?
Also can I leverage this to a higher level?

http://www.chess.com/membership?c=navbar tells you how much credit you will have if you switch from one level to another.
Yes you can get a higher level once it expires. I pay month to month. It can also be payed 4 up to a year your gonna have to ask your friend what he paid for
I purchased a diamond membership a year ago through facebook. I could not access the premium benefit chess tv and had no forum such as this to discuss a problem. Lost the service. I had to buy another membership in April (a platinum level) to get back on line. Now my diamond membership is about to expire. I want to upgrade my platinum level for the $50 difference but have no one to talk to about the change.
