High school Chess Provincials dreams

Help send   8 talented chess high school players to provincials in Toronto.  We are regional champions for 3 years in a row. However, we have never experienced a provincial chess championship, due to financial insufficiency. This money will support transportation, accommodation, and provincial championship entry fees.

We currently attend A.B. Lucas secondary school, located London, Ontario. We are the executive members of the A.B. Lucas chess club. These funds will be able to cover only half the funds we need, but we will fundraise and canvas the other half.

We need the money to secure our place in provincials, before other more fortunate teams take our place. We appreciate all funds, no matter how small to our cause. It is important to nurture young talent and allow it to grow. This money will mean so much to our newest members who have not yet learned how much fun chess can be. All of us at chess club thank every single soul who donates.
