Hi, I love e-ink devices as ebook readers, but lately also to play chess. Good example is Onyx Boox which is in fact an Android tablet. Of course some e-ink screen related limitations apply, but chess is absolutely playable as it is not very screen-dynamic game (I know some bullet players would disagree ).
Unfortunately seems that Chess.com android app has some issues on Boox and possibly other e-ink screens. Some text is simply not visible. In example Settings / Board / Figurine Notation opens a window, which is empty except of three radio buttons (but with no option labels visible). It happens here and there in various, similar option windows in the app.
Any chance to correct that?
My guess is that the site won't directly support such devices but you could ask support and see.
