Chess.com servers are absolutely terrible

Yep, it’s another one of these threads. I just want to point out, however, that I have a game simultaneously elsewhere as well as Chess.com and the other site is working perfectly fine, only Chess.com is adding random seconds to my opponents clock.

Is it an increment game? Do you have a link to the game? I would love to take a look. 

Or maybe even if you just know who the name of your opponent was I can find. 

I would not say other sites are better. One site has frequent "maintenance" sessions where they end your game without any notice, and their server lag and ping is horrible too, probably worse than Chess.com. As I am posting this, that site is down for "maintenance".

It deliberately disconnect you from time to time while game is ongoing.  

I play perfectly from Buenos Aires, Argentina with 154 ms latency.
