It usually better to open a ticket. Moderators may or may not be on at any specific time, and some things may need handled by staff.

I cannot seem to find what I am looking for, so I ask here.
How do I get in touch with a moderator?
Specifically, I want to discuss an individual and his spamming in a forum.
I have reported him numerous times, yet he continues to spam.
