Enable Premoves/Always Promote to Queen extra settings

So, there has been some talk on this topic, so I decided to re-post it and add some of my own ideas because I think this should be added. In Settings, under Live Chess, you can choose if you want to use the settings Enable Premoves or always promote to queen. I think there should also be a feature where you could change these settings based on the amount of time you have, or the time control you're in. For example, if you clicked Enable Premoves, there would be a drop-down with "Always", "When I have under 5 minutes", "When I have under 3 minutes", "When I have under 1 minute", or "When I have under 30 seconds", or you could specify what time control or game mode you're in. Same thing for Always Promote to Queen. I think this would be a really cool and helpful feature to add.
