Does chess.com want to be complete or not? I ask for a feature, to be able to see my opponent's rating but not his name, so I will never know who my opponent is. Why do some people think I deserve to be disrespected for that? I want focus mode with nothing on the screen but the board, the clock , my rating and my opponent's rating, that's it. Have you counted how many users we have here? Am I the only one who wants this feature?

I agree, I also think it ahould hide profile pictures. I've encountered many innapropriate ones.

Exactly. I want no pictures or names before, durig or after a game. When I look at my game history, I want to see only the ratings. During a game, only two ratings, mine and my opponent's. Look at how many players chess.com have. Think about how many people hate names and pictures. Look at my game history, with only two games played I've already had an opponent named Gonorrhea (misspelled by user to disguise it).

eh, who cares? Incapable of concentrating? Names and photos keep the site looking authentic.... would feel like playing against bots if you changed it. And, I highly doubt you are in the majority.

It's not a mater of not concentrating, lots os names are offensive. I am not the minority. Put that buton and see how the majority of people will want to see only what is necessary: The rating of the opponent. But please make it a one time only command. I don't want to have to click on it every time I log in
I played only two game here, and my very first opponent's name is Gonorrhea (misspelled by user to disguise it). Many names are offensive, I don't want to argue, I just want to not see any one of them during a game, I don't want to see any names after a game either. But I do want to see the ratings durig a game and on my list of games played. Is that to ask too much? This feature is the only thing standing between me staying here of not.
