How To Be A Top Blogger?

I really want to be a top blogger, but i already applied and probably got rejected. How can i apply again? Google allows applying only once here.

Unfortunately if you have applied already then you will have to wait for the time being. We do not give the title out lightly as we do desire the title to be prestigious. Fulfilling the criteria is the first step, the base requirements, and how you build off the criteria to make your blog great and unique is what will garner you the title.

I'm still waiting after more than 15 days

maybe they meant like wait for a year? or wait till you get CM title?

Then apparently they don't believe your blog qualifies. Just keep doing blogs and making them as good as they can be.

But they should probably reword the article since it implies you can apply more than once.
