Sometimes your opponent just leave the game without resigning, making you wait for minutes in a match where you just have a neat advantage over them.
My suggestion is that you can make stockfish play a move instead of your opponent if you have like 5+ advantage. Thus you don't have to wait and your opponent isn't being wronged. As you already gave them the best move, which is a gift from you.
This is very fair and is by your choice.
