Is there a way to connect 2 accounts?

I have 2 accounts on chess.com under the same email, and this one has a diamond membership. I don't really play games on this account, and I haven't for a while, so I have a different account with a lot of progress on it. I want to merge the 2 accounts, especially with the new "insight" feature, but don't want to ditch 1 account. Could you possible help me out? Other account is:  Idontcareaboutelo69

I have never heard of an account merger here.

/ You aren't allowed to have two accounts. You should write to support@chess.com. perhaps they can help you work it out.

But what's the point of this account if the action is all in the other "main" account?

 

Stick to one (I mean, what benefit does this account provide anyway?).

 

Like justbefair and StumpyBlitzer noted, it might not be a good idea to keep both accounts alive (due to the email or computer device used being the same), even if it's actually handled by two different players.

I went away for a week with no vacation time ... Over the course of the trip, I lost over 500 daily games, which collectively brought my rating down by over 1000 points. I started fresh with this account and had staff transfer my membership. Maybe they will do that for some of you?
