usually i just get chat restricted for 60 minutes but today I got 60 min suspension (can't queue games) and I'm kind of fed up with this, can this please be fixed?
It's due to multiple messages in chat in quick succession. Staff are looking into modifying that behavior in Bughouse.
This is frankly infuriating
Something is broken. I say two lines on chat and get immediately muted.
On quick games with quick communication this immediately leads to a ban.

So are there plans to fix this? Every day we are losing many games because of no access to chat... It's very annoying to play bughouse with no chat.
Will the change be reverted? This isn't something that happens sometimes... it happens every single time we play, and pretty much the moment we type anything.

My understanding is the ability to rapidly choose the piece buttons was limited. Haven't heard of any other changes.
That's the issue; if you press "stop" and then "go" you get a warning, do it again and you get muted. Bughouse with random pool has been really unplayable the last few days.

This is one of the reasons I stopped my membership with this trash site, So many problems that they don't fix. They don't even have an analysis function for Crazy House yet a free website (Lichess) does. Why bother paying for this trash site?
