Keyboard/Notation Move Method

Is anyone else interested in using the keyboard to input notation as a move method? Basically in addition to dragging, or clicking to move, the player can type in the notation (ex: "Nf3") to make the moves.

The main reason I want this is really to get a more practical visualization practice.

I've tried this method at *another* chess website and found it very helpful, although I would also suggest to also add an option to not "auto-play" the typed move, but instead draw an arrow on the board showing the move, then pressing enter to make it.

I think there's a lot of value, especially for beginners like myself trying to improve their board visualization skills.

Hmm, interesting. I don't really see the need for that. It seems like it wouldn't be very helpful in any of the game types on chess.com.

I would use it to play standard rapid games or even blitz as a way to improve how fast I recognize the squares
