Leo Vegas and other Gambling audio ads

Every live game I try to play on chess.com now I get EXTREMELY LOUD ADVERTISEMENTS THAT CAN'T BE MUTED!!  Completely ruins the experience and I am forced to mute the entire browser. Please fix this! Most of the time the banner ads are for Leo Vegas online casino or other gambling sites. Not a very healthy choice to sell ad space to those gambling categories either.

The site uses a third party ad provider and doesn't directly approve ads that get displayed.

You can report them if you run across them. I know at least one has bee reported recently.

Yeah, I feel you. Those sudden audio blasts are rough especially during a tense match. It’s jarring and definitely not the vibe most of us come to Chess.com for. In my case, I needed to listen to a review of a PaySafeCard payment method https://greeksonlinecasinos.com/paysafe-kazino/ for a few seconds until I skipped. That said, I’m guessing ad revenue helps keep the core features free. Still, it’d be amazing if they gave us a volume toggle or let us exclude certain ad categories. Even a “chill mode” setting would go a long way.
