Membership benefits in App vs website

I was gifted a gold membership by a family member who was under the impression that gold membership still included unlimited analysis due to the android mobile app advertising that to be the case.

The confusion comes from the website referencing "Game Review + Explanations" whereas the app references "analysis". When you go to "analyze the games" as a gold member however, after your first analysis of the day it will prompt you to upgrade to gold.

I fully accept that the member should verify before purchase, but the presentation difference between the platforms ought to be adjusted in fairness. I made the personal decision to upgrade myself to diamond since I was thankfully given credit based on my account gold membership, but I felt it needed addressing.

If your membership benefit when you were gold, showed what is on that second picture, then you may have just needed to log out and back in.

I considered this possibility, but it I tried that along with deleting/re-installing the app as well as accessing the same features on the website and waiting until the next day to see if they reset. Only after I upgraded to diamond was I able to analyze my games without limit unfortunately.

If had shown the following, then I could see it doing what you experienced.
