Months of my blitz stats became a flat line

When I open the All Time tab on my Blitz performance page, I see two long flat lines in 2020 and 2021, which weren't there a few days ago. I never had a period of not playing chess on the site for more than a couple of days. My overall rating also dropped because of this. Anybody else experiencing this bug? I couldn't find another post on this topic.

I guess it's true that those straight lines appear in your all time history.  I tried looking at your archive for an explanation but it appears you had plenty of games during the period in 2021 of October 2021 to January 2022 apparently shown by the second instance of the straight line.

I am guessing that the problem may be caused by the extraordinarily large number of games you have played.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my stats and games carefully!

I'm not sure the explanation is about the number of games, I'm pretty sure there are guys who play way more than me. And this happened quite recently too, I noticed it last week. At first I thought it was a temporary glitch but it seems to have remained as it is (and also seems this isn't something others are experiencing).

Is contacting support my best/only option at this point?

I'm on mobile and see a normal graph when I click all time. Can't be the amount of games because I got a guy one my friends list who plays 500 games of blitz a week.

The OP had played 26,518 games.

Everybody has the same problem. How do we get in contact with an admin? I have played 24076 games. That number shows up on my stats-page. But on my all-time graph i have a hole in my stats from 2015-2020. Here I have only played 14473 games. So I am missing 10000 games on my stats-page.  I have been a member since 2010. Never seen this before. Maybe a database-link has gone missing?

It's been two months already. Still no solution, seriously?

I don't think your post caught their attention. As you may recall, the site was experiencing extraordinarily rapid growth last winter. I would guess that all hands were focused on managing that growth.

Perhaps submitting a bug report of the graph page would have a better chance of getting noticed.

When I did a search of your archive for the period around February 2020, I found no games at all. Is it possible you have forgotten some periods of inactivity?

I suppose there could be problems with the database too.

If there are 100+ million members, each of them has records stored in the database. A few of them, like yourself, have 1,000+ or 10,000+ games stored.
