I think its overall a wonderful thing that chess has grown so much that the servers are struggling but if I am a paying user why cant I have some sort of priority over non subscription users? Kind of just makes since as I am paying for the services that I'm not able to access, while I do get wanting to stay competitive as a brand vs other brands like li chess I feel like its something that should be expected.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. It is unacceptable that we are paying for a membership that we are unable to fully utilize due to frequent server overloads. The lack of compensation for these inconvenience only exacerbates the situation.
Totally agree and when you submit a refund request you just get an auto reply about the server issue. No mention of any remedy for those of us who pay but cant play.
