"rematch" should be offered to the loser of a match, not the winner

Your site has this "rematch" button and people use it to inflate their ranking. You beat someone, you spam rematch as fast as possible, you lose, you go find someone new. eventually you find a player worse than you who accepts rematches and you farm them for ranking. 

"rematch" should only be available for the LOSER of the match, not the winner to spam to insult the other person. It's bad manners. I can't imagine why you let the person who just won goad the loser of the game by effectively trash talking them by hitting "rematch" as fast as humanly possible right after winning against them. It's the worst thing about chess.com. 

At least on my end i should be able to set my account settings to block rematch requests from game winners but allow rematch requests from game losers.
