The new accounts cheating epidemic

It's wild how many new accounts there are on Chess.com, the chances of cheaters using those accounts is much higher. I and many others including streamers/Youtubers believe this to be true.

I quit games (before starting) against new accounts but after a while I am forced to play them or resign. You should be allowed to quit games against accounts less than 60 days old without punishment.

It seems like such a simple fix, why do you think Chess.com hasn't implemented this?

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean

The site closed more than 100,000 accounts in January for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.
