Hopefully they start listening to user feedback but i'm not convinced they will.
The new review is awful from the UX perspective. Here is why:

the worst part is that you can no longer see the review at all if you're not a premium user, like before you couldn't see the brilliant moves but at least you could see the eval bar for the entire game, now apparently you can't even do that
another bad thing is that they removed the panel with analysis-review-details for some reason

Here is another reason:
When you are showing the opening I am using and its statistics, you are offering a course, for which I need to scroll down, since it is below the fold.
You are going to see much worse conversion rates...

Also, you have to scroll to see your winrate. I'm certain the UX-designer never played a single game with their new game review.

Basic members can still see one full review per day.
As far as I can recall, the details tab has been gone for a while already.

A free member could click "review" on all the other games as well, but it would only show the eval/move graph, which was very handy to see on what move you made a mistake.
This one:

I'm double checking but I don't believe that change, after the first full review, is part of the review redesign and is something else.
edit: that was fully changed so basic only gets one full review a day and no partial review. It still wasn't part of the overall review redesign though.

Guess it was a just coincidence that it changed for me at the same time.

That had been released to some members already for a while. The cutover to all apparently happened around the same time.

This new Game Review design is aggressively awful. It looks like they were TRYING to actively make it as bad as possible. This is the most unintuitive UI I have ever seen, even worse than the last time chess.com changed the evaluation graph and had the colors reversed.
I literally have completely stopped using Game Review, as it is so unreadable.

Just roll back the new review, or at least give the option to use the old one! It was a killer feature of the site, and now I think about going to Lichess instead.

I can no longer do a game review. As a 'gold' member I should have one per day. Why has this stopped?

Such bs! We cannot even analyze the moves.
You can still do that by clicking the Analysis icon.

You can use the arrows on the move list or swipe left or right to scroll through.
I am a fanatic user of the game review. I review over 95% of my games, which means I am spending a whole lot of time in the game review tab.
The main reason for why the new review is awful, is because it involves a lot of eye movement to understand a single move:
The move explanation is no longer adjust to the move. It means that for every move I review, my eyes have to skip between the top of the screen, where the explanation is, and the center of the screen, where the table of the moves is, to the bottom of the screen, where the eval bar of the game is, to the board itself - this is four major eye movements for every move on the board. It creates a lot of unnecessary eye movement, which literally gives me a headache.
Other reasons why it is bad:
1. It is just overbloated. Too much blank space, which once again - adds to the unnecessary eye movement.
2. The correct moves are no longer displayed. I need to click on "Show Moves" button in order to see the correct moves. The button doesn't even stays pressed, so I need to do it for literally every move I want to see the alternative.
Chess.com, please bring back the old review. There are a lot of things that needs to be fixed, review is not one of them. The main reason I prefer chess.com over lichess is the review, and you just ruined it. I understand you had UI designers and coders working hard on it, and we appreciate your hard work, but, it is an awful user experience. Please roll it back.
