Blank board to play with

On app, Iwould love to be able to have a blank board on which I can set up situations. Maybe even share with others. Or if I'm reading a book or notation, I could play out the game. Is this already an option?

You can use the Play vs Computer option, use the option for Custom Setup, turn off any options you don't want, and set both players to Human.

But I want to just set up a board, not play through a whole game to get there. So if I see a chess puzzle, or want to create one....
Use the analysis board...
note that is not necessary to be logged in to do this, i.e., to access and use the analysis board...
from top menus...
Learn -> Analysis.....
and see...

SOLVED. In the play computer area, change the "position" setting to "custom".

I guess I could have been clearer by stating that Custom Setup was under Position.

The apps have changed a lot since 2018. Now there's a Pass and Play option
