Nope, as a matter of fact Erik announced in another thread that they're getting really close to releasing a beta version. Probably just for premium members at first until the bugs are worked out. Oh, they call it V3.

I had seen probably about a year ago that chess.com 3.0 or something to that effect and we got to see some screenshots of what looked like some really nice layouts and ui. I think it was going to go live soon after. Did that project get scrapped?
