Contacting Support

Is there a phone number to contact Chess.com.   I am needing password support-and Diamond level membership support.

This whole experience with so-called support is making me reconsider whether to renew.

To change your thread to a different caterory. Go to the bottom of your homepage and click on "Manage All Content" and change your thread to be put in "Help and Support'

With millions of users, I doubt they have a helpline. You've seen some of the threads on here. People would be ringing up every time someone trolls them.

There aren't enough call centres in the world.
