I doubt that's what it means. I have several bullet games with that sign and I've never played in a club that organized bullet matches.
Just checked. It means that the game was played within an arena tournament.

The OP was in 2017. I believe Arena games were added after that. At the time that icon was used for match play only.
out of interest, i wondered what the crossed swords icon was about on my games? i never noticed it before
