Game doesn't start

This problem has been happening a lot lately: the game looks like it's started but neither clock is running. And there's nothing you can do. (If you're white, you can make your first move and then nothing happens). The first few times this happened, I just aborted the game. But then I started getting the warnings that I shouldn't abort games, etc. Now, I cannot abort a jammed game anymore. I can only resign. In fact, I'm writing this while waiting for something to happen in a game where nothing is happening and neither clock is running...

the thing is when its the first moves when you can still abort the game the clock wont run. Only if it gets to the second move the clock will run!
