Yes, it has been suggested to make chess.com for the blind by saying the moves out loud and use the keyboard enter the moves, the player would copy the move on a board.
Is seems easy to do, I saw a rumor that a competitor chess site could do it, I never could get it to work.😑
i'm looking for audio versions of chess notations too and have not found any. maybe it's because i'm searching the wrong terms? if it's not out there yet, here's an idea - a podcast of chess notations of famous games to follow along with.

Agreed, I was thinking the same thing. Or an audiobook, seems like a good way to fall asleep too^^
