for newcomers there could be a standart profile pictures maybe ,i think it is better then nothing cuz blank profile picture (which is most of users has ) kind of ugly ,

I think they made it ugly on purpose, so people would go get any picture and stick it there.

I uploaded new profile picture on account. but It shows my old pfp during matches, Whenever i goes to account section it shows new one, also at "massage" section it shows new one but it doesn't works at matches. It shows my old pfp in matches. I want fix.

It takes a little time to update everywhere. It could also just be a local browser cache issue, so you may need to clear your browser cache.

I just uploaded a new profile picture, but the background is blurry. On my camera it looks ok. Is there a way to solve this? The picture is 200 x 260 pixels. 

Probably not. I'm guessing you'll need a higher resolution pic.

Yeah, probably. It also could just be the lighting of the photo.

Ok, thank you. I intended already the same picture at a high resolution with the same result. Chess.com recommends 200 x 200 pixels I read in a post back from 2012. I couldn't find more recent information about this.
