That was a stalemate. You left no legal place for your opponent to move.
It has been considered a draw under the rules for about two hundred years.
You had plenty of time to make better moves. You missed mate in 1 on your last move (and probably earlier, I haven't looked.)
Next time, be more careful.
There were seven moves which lead to checkmate in your last move. But you made a stalemate move.
