I just signed up here, and I want to know whether there is a provision for mouse slips. For instance, when playing against a computer I tried to castle kingside but dropped the king on f1.

Hello all,
From playing chess on other websites, I became used to certain features which are not available on chess.com
It would be great if the board settings from online playing (live chess from within the browser) have options to set these features on or off. This way, players simply have more options to configure their optimal playing settings.
- Two-click-piece-movement: One mouse click to pick up a piece and one mouse click to drop it on its destination field. So after the first click, the piece is locked to the mouse cursor and moves along. This way, you don't have mouseslips by accidently dropping it too early. It's also easier to move the mouse around having the piece locked to the cursor.
- Escape-cancels-piece-grab: With the previous option on, pressing escape would drop the piece back to its original square where it was picked up.
- Escape-cancels-pre-move: At times, you may want to cancel a pre-move. Press escape and the pre move is canceled.
Hopefully these options can be implemented, that would be great! Thanks!
