I agree. They do a great job here. So often the staff are criticized for failing to do this or that, but every time I've contacted them over a problem they have been quick to respond (within 24 hours) and very professional in their replies. kohai especially is someone who has my respect--she's gone out of her way several times to help me, and I see she does that with other people via forum posts as well. Eric, for all the complaining you get over this or that, I have to say, you have created a damn good site, and I thank you for your service to chess and to the players.
