Are videos available to download to watch later without wifi? If not is this something that will be done soon?

No, the site doesn't have a mechanism for downloading videos. I don't recall reading anywhere that is something they are looking at either.
If you can find the video url by right clicking the mouse on the video, you can use app like clipconverter to download the videos. http://www.clipconverter.cc/
It's also avaliable to download free download videos in batches with this way:
