Organizing online tournaments - rating button does not work well

I regularly organize tournaments. Now I notice that the option to set rating does not work mer. No matter what I do the rating is always reset to No. 
Does this sound familiar?

i make a new tournament for all players with a special openingline.

the ratingbutton says yes and iI save the tournament. Then I see the rating on no.

I change the setting again in yes, save the change but again I see the the tournament games are not rated.

For daily or live tournaments?

For live, the custom positions are always unrated. For daily, it's set to unrated when you create the tournament, but you can edit the settings afterwards to put it back to rated.

That’s right. But when i create a tournament I can change the ratingsetting but it does not change to rated. 
I can do so for a long time so maybe something change?

Yes, you are correct. I thought it was just me and I needed to go to bed and stop making tournaments. I noticed it only happening when I made thematic events or used a FEN. But it gave me the option for rated/ nonrated when I made a Regular and 960 chess tournaments.

They must have changed it recently then. I made a number of thematic tournaments and they were all rated. It would be very inconvenient.

Yep, after I typed that message, I went to the last FEN tournament I made and tried to fix it. It allowed me to fix it, and I hit save and it went straight back to nonrated! SMH

tournaments based on a FEN

I can assume that there is either no support at all and everything is handled (?) by bots from Skynet, or guys on a deep bender. I will be glad to be wrong in both cases...
Yes, the new design is beautiful, I like it, but maybe you will do something else. Otherwise, you will not get any subscription renewal from me!!
