a link would be handy ;). I am at 2402 right now and tend to oscillate between 2300 and 2450 so I might be in or out whenever the tournament starts. If you're trying to keep out people who are generally over 2400 to make it more even I'll not enter but I play the Pirc a lot and would like to play in theme tnment based on it.

I eliminated the upper rating limit so there's no problem now. You are right. I try to make it more even, but also I really want a challenging tournament, so there you go!
