If you lose a game by running out of time (because you don't make a move in the required time period) it is called a "time out". If you have played 10 games and two of them have timed out, then your time out ratio is 20%. You need to have a time out ratio of less than 10%. So, don't time out.
If you look at your stats you'll see what your current time out ratio is. You have timed out in 7 games and your ratio is 47% which is pretty horrible.
People don't like it when people time out like that because it spoils tournaments. You need to complete more games and not time out so that your time out ration reduces. Assuming you do not time out again then you will need to have completed 71 games so that your ratioj is less than 10%.
Basically you need to address the reason why you are letting your game stime out.
