Hi all,

Quick question on the difference between super blitz vs blitz tournaments. Normally I see 3|0 super blitz and 5|0 blitz. I get the 3 min vs 5 min time difference, but is the tournament somehow different in another way just because one says super and the other doesn't? I couldn't find an answer to this in my forum searches.

There are different meanings. It’s can be 1-2 min http://www.grossclub.com/academy/how-to-play-super-blitz.html or between 1 and 5 min https://chess24.com/en/watch/live-tournaments/superblitz-2017-a One of my frends assumes it is 3 min.
