Question: My computer network went down for a number of days. I could not get to the chess games/tournaments I ways playing. I lost 4 games because of timeout, and now I can not get in a tournament . Does this stay, or will I eventually be able to play in tournaments again? I feel I was in a good chance of winning, and I would not have "timeout" on purpose.

Yep you will once your timeout ratio goes below 10%. This is the standard limit for most tournaments but some tournaments can require a lower timeou ratio so you can play in them!
