You are prepared to start 6 games simultaneously [edit: down from 12]

Your Time Out % is less than 2%

No Vacation, 1 day per move

The aim is to complete this in 21 days.

(Don't laugh, I think it's possible, my previous tournament finished in 42 days, at 2 days per move and only one concurrent game per opponent)

Well, Rooperi, your conditions are certainly very strict. You'll struggle to find such people on the site.

One thing I'd like to say, my timeout ratio is 3% (out of your bounds) and yet I don't think anyone would question my activity. (Yes, it was a long time ago, OK? )

12 simultaneous games can be a lot for people to take on, and will put many people off.

One day per move AND no vacation means a lot of players simply aren't active enough to keep up.

Following from above, 6 hours per move might be too fast for the majority of players.

So yeah, you could say your conditions are a little strict. 

OK I made some changes

There will be only 6 concurrent games, and avg time per move changed to 12 hours. I can't seem to find a setting now for timeout ratio?
