maybe a way of not allowing vacations on certain tourneys could solve the problem ...
Unpossible to de-activate players

I don't understand... there are time controls and if they are exceeded the game is lost, right? So just plan that any given tournament has a maximum duration that equals the max time control?
Peoples having vacation, and meanwhile their matches are stopped, and start agian first when they are back. In some cases the vacation status is activated automatally if the player doesn't are able make their move in teim. Some persons doing this many times , sort of saying cheating. It's ok that people having vacations, who doesn't need that, but it affects the duration for team matches and tournaments, since it delays them and make it difficult to planning and estimate when new rounds starting and tournaments are finished etc. There is no possibilities to set any duration limits for single matches, team matches and tournaments etc. So the current issue is a really big issue within many tournaments and team matches, since it delays the matches and tournaments and many participants being really dissapointed since they wanna finish the matches and tournaments more quickly.

The tournament managers doesn't seem to be allowed to de-activate/withdraw players from tournaments that having unfinished games.
There could be many reasons why the tournament manager must be able to de-activate players, i.e. they are on long vacations even if the tournament is in full speed, which delays the whole tournament. If everyone that participate expect a rapid/fast tournament any players that are on long vacations can stop the whole tournament to proceed.
I believe the simpliest way of unvoid this risk is to allow the tournament managers to de-activate players by any reason whenever they want that. Such de-activation shouldn't affect the players rating, but the opponent must get win the current unfinished match(es).
I believe it's important for chess.com to implement this as soon as possible so that rapid/fast tournaments can proceed as intended.
